Cove Dive provides guided diving expeditions in protected marine areas throughout Australia. Our services include:
Expedition bookings are made through our online reservation form. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee availability. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request.
All participants must hold valid diving certifications appropriate for their selected experience. Certification levels required are specified for each experience. You must present valid certification documentation on the day of your expedition.
Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
By booking an expedition, you agree to:
Scuba diving carries inherent risks, including but not limited to decompression sickness, equipment failure, marine life encounters, and environmental hazards. By participating, you acknowledge these risks.
Participants must be medically fit to dive. Certain medical conditions preclude safe diving. You are responsible for consulting with a physician if you have any health concerns.
Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before diving. This waiver acknowledges risks and releases Cove Dive from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain personal dive accident insurance and travel insurance.

We may photograph or film expeditions for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide before the expedition.
We reserve the right to modify expedition itineraries, locations, or activities based on weather conditions, environmental factors, or safety considerations. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds if the expedition proceeds as rescheduled.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our website or expeditions if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that threatens safety, disrupts other participants, or damages our reputation.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cove Dive's liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant expedition. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cove Dive, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your participation in expeditions.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
