We prioritize safety and ecosystem protection. If conditions aren't optimal, we'll reschedule at no charge or offer alternative sites appropriate for the conditions.

Do you provide equipment?

All experiences include premium equipment. If you prefer your own gear, let us know during booking.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before scheduled dive. Within 7 days, we offer rescheduling or 50% refund unless we can fill your spot.

Can inexperienced divers participate?

Most experiences require Open Water certification. We don't offer discover dives in protected areas to minimize environmental impact from inexperienced divers.
